HoroTokyo 1K Celebration Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Organiser

This competition is organised by HoroTokyo, operated by Ugur Unnu Design, Denmark.

2. Competition period

The competition opens on 1 November 2026 at 18:00 CET and closes on 7 November 2026 at 23:59 CET.

Entries submitted after the closing time will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

• Open to individuals aged 18 or older.

• Open to legal residents of the following countries: the US, EU countries, and the UK.

• Participants must have a valid Instagram account.

• Employees of the organiser and their immediate family members are excluded.

4. How to enter

To participate, entrants must follow the official Horo Tokyo Instagram Account @horotokyo and leave a comment answering the question in the official HoroTokyo 1K Giveaway Instagram post.

Each person may enter once. Multiple comments do not increase the chances of winning.

No purchase is necessary.

5. Prize

One winner will receive three HoroTokyo T-shirts of their choice from the available collection.

The approximate total retail value of the prize is €80.

The winner may choose available designs, colours and sizes, subject to stock and product availability.

The prize includes delivery to an eligible address from eligible countries.

The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be substituted for another prize.

6. Winner selection

One winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries using a random selection process.

The draw will take place on 8th November 2026.

The winner will be announced through the official @horotokyo Instagram account.

7. Contacting the winner

The winner will be contacted through Instagram Direct Message from @horotokyo.

The winner must respond within 5 calendar days.

If the winner does not respond within this period, the organiser reserves the right to select another winner.

The organiser will never request payment or credit card details to claim the prize.

8. Personal data

Personal data will only be collected from the winner where necessary to verify eligibility and arrange prize delivery.

The information will be used for administering the competition and fulfilling the prize. It will not automatically be used for newsletter subscriptions or other marketing purposes.

Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary, subject to applicable legal record-keeping requirements.

9. Instagram disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

By participating, each entrant releases Instagram from any responsibility associated with this promotion.

10. General conditions

The organiser reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent or violate these terms.

The organiser reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, subject to applicable law.
